Mexican cement maker Cemex SAB may forecast a fourth-quarter loss of 7 cents a share because of larger-than-estimated losses on derivatives.

Cemex, which is expected to provide a fourth-quarter forecast on Dec. 15, may report a $431 million derivatives loss for this quarter, Morgan Stanley analyst Nicolai Sebrell wrote in a note to clients.
