　　 At present, home textile & hardware industries, the leading industry of Qiantan Town, not only face the macroscopical background of gradual regulation of national export rebates policy, increasing growth of RMB, rising price of leading industrial materials, and advantage transferring into disadvantage of cheap labor resource, etc; but also exists with problems of management mechanism not suitable for demands of big development, short of modern enterprise’s operation philosophy, two short industrial chains, and cut-throat competition between same quality products, etc. To give counsel to the industry to face multi-challenge, improve market competition, and realize sustainable and healthy development is the original intention of this investigation.
