“One day tour” mode

   Related export enterprise and qualified logistics enterprise sign agreement that logistics enterprise applies to customs as agency; after commercial supervision and examination of custom, cargos may enter storage; and then, the enterprise may transact procedure to related organization with rebates document. Such flow will be finished within one day, so it is called “One day tour” in the industry. 

    Sheng Zhulong introduces that if the enterprise just hope to get export rebates ahead by bonded logistics zone the declaration will be finished in two times. Apply the custom as the cargo enters the zone, which is regarded as the “exportation” in the traditional foreign trade business flow; when the cargo is stored in the storehouse, it should apply the custom another time after booking the shipping date, which is regarded as the “leave a country” traditionally. Such operation mode makes full use of the advantage of “customs territory” in bonded logistics zone.   

   One business man of some logistics corporation in Shenzhen expressed as he introduced the related charge standard that bulk cargo was involved with load & unload charge and storage expense, while the container referred to lift-on lift-off charge, devanning fee, custom broker fee, and service charge, etc. 

    “Different products and volume have different charging standards. But the price difference between logistics corporation is not large, which is the effect of price union”, Mr. Cheng of Asian Development said.   With the thriving export rebate ahead business in bonded logistics zone, many cargo agencies begin to join in this operational chains and canvass businesses before implementation of new export rebates policy. 

    “Only registered in bonded logistics zone does an enterprise has quality to do such business. In the past, the competition was not ever fierce. However, now many agencies develops clients and then come to us, what they earned during this process is hard to say”, the personnel above said. 

     The personnel above further expressed that in eight trade bond zone, it is competitive. The north is fierce than the south, because the north is heavy industry center with many large-scale steel factories and largest influence from several decreasing rebate rate. However, in Shenzhen, many enterprise, which gives priority to garment, shoes, and hats, are not familiar with this business mode.
