Announcement of General Administration of Customs No.3 2010 on Abolished Classif

For the purpose of assure the right classification for import and export goods for consignor and consignee and their attorneys and guarantee the unification of commodities classification of the Customs, General Administration of Customs decided to abolish announced classification determinations of certain goods in accordance with relevant regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of the Classification of Import and Export Goods (Decree of General Administration of Customs No. 158).
The announcement takes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
