China MOFCOM's AD Probe into EU & Japan's Seamless Steel Tubes

On September 8, 2011, China's Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) released its Announcement No. 57, 2011, deciding to launch anti-dumping (AD) investigation into certain high-performance stainless-steel seamless tubes originating in the EU and Japan from that date; the involved products are under China HS Codes 73044110, 73044910, 73045110 and 73045910.
According to the Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, China's MOFCOM will launch investigation into such imports from the EU and Japan on the dumping act, dumping margin, injury act and the extent of injury to Chinese mainland's similar products or industry.
