MOFCOM Announces Extending AD Probe on EU/U.S./Jap. Photo Paper

Announcement No. 88, 2011 of the Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM) on Extension of Anti-Dumping Investigation into Import Photo Paper Originating in the EU, U.S. & Japan
As per the Anti-Dumping Regulations of the P. R. China, on December 23, 2010, the MOFCOM announced its official launch of the anti-dumping (AD) investigation into import photographic paper originating in the EU, the U.S. and Japan.
In view of the specificity and complexity thereof, the MOFCOM has decided, as per the Article 26 of the Anti-Dumping Regulations, to extend the investigation herein for three (3) months until March 23, 2012.
