GACC Announcement 2, 2012 on C/O-Free Agric. Imports from Taiwan

Announcement No. 2, 2012 of the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC)

 
In order to facilitate agricultural exports from Chinese Taiwan to China mainland, as from February 1 of 2012, regarding agricultural imports originating in Taiwan under GACC Announcements No. 37 of 2005 and No. 6 of 2007 (revised by its Announcement No. 85 of 2011), China Customs hereby exempt the import consignees or agents from submission of Certificates of Origin (C/O) where the duty-paid value of each batch thereof is not more than USD 600 as evaluated by China Customs.

With respect to the goods aforesaid, the import consignees or agents shall submit relevant Declarations of Origin in the form specified herein (see the Annex below).

One or multiple kinds of goods listed in the Declarations of Origin shall be in the same batch of imports corresponding to only one Form of Customs Declaration for Importing Goods.
