Notice of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council of China on Clarifying HS Codes of Duty-Free Agricultural Imports from Chinese Taiwan

To the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC):

Therefore, we hereby re-clarify the scope of HS Codes covering the products involved in the two policies aforesaid in accordance with the scope of products regulated in the Notice of the Customs Tariff Commission on the Tariff Implementation Plan for 2012 (ShuiWeiHui [2011] No. 27), the Notice of the Customs Tariff Commission on Implementing Zero Duty for 15 Import Fruits from Taiwan Region (ShuiWeiHui [2005] No. 25) and the Notice of the Customs Tariff Commission on Exempting Import Duties on Some Agricultural Products from Taiwan Region (ShuiWeiHui [2007] No.3).
