GACC Announcement No. 27, 2012 on CEPA Origin Criteria Added for HK & Macao Goods from July 1, 2012

According to China's mainland-Hong Kong and mainland-Macao Closer Economic Partnership Arrangements (CEPA), the GACC has formulated the Origin Criteria for Added Hong Kong Goods Enjoying Mainland Zero Duty from July 1, 2012 (see Annex 1 below) and the Origin Criteria for Added Macao Goods Enjoying Mainland Zero Duty from July 1, 2012 (see Annex 2 below).

The two Origin Criteria tables, taking effect from July 1, 2012, provide simplified commodity names and scopes consistent with those under relevant HS Codes listed in China's Customs Import & Export Tariffs (2012 edition).
