MOFCOM Announcement No. 75, 2012 for Longer Probe on Monobutyl Ethers

Announcement No. 75 of 2012 by the Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM)
On November 18, 2011, the MOFCOM issued its annual Announcement No. 83 deciding to start an antidumping probe into ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol monobutyl ethers from the United States and the European Union.
In accordance with China Antidumping Regulations, in view of specificity and complicacy of this case, the MOFCOM hereby decides to prolong its investigation period by three months till February 18, 2013.
