[2013-10-08 11:13:55]

On April 8, 2009, Chinese MOFCOM decided in its annual Announcement No.18 to prolong the Chinese antidumping duties on the acrylic esters from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia for five years from April 9, 2009 till April 9, 2014 (the expiring date).

In accordance with China's antidumping regulations, the period of levying antidumping duties may be prolonged where a review confirms that terminating the levy would lead to continuation or recurrence of the dumping act and injury.

From October 8, 2013, China's relevant industries or their representatives may, sixty days before the expiring date of this antidumping measure, apply in writing to the MOFCOM for definitive review of the case, by providing explicit request for the review and sufficient evidence for likely continuation or recurrence of the dumping act and injury as aforesaid.

If the application for the review is not submitted as prescribed herein and the MOFCOM fails to initiate the review before April 9, 2014, this antidumping measure will terminate on April 9, 2014.
