GACC Announcement No.59, 2013 on Duty-Free Goods Statistical Caliber
[2013-11-14 09:53:38]
To accurately implement UN statistical norms on goods trade, the Chinese statistical calibers on duty-free goods (customs statistical trade mode code "41") are adjusted as follow:
1. From 2014, duty-free goods shall be shifted from customs individual statistics into import and export trade statistics, i.e. included into China’s goods import and export value.
2. The "duty-free goods" import-export statistics shall be listed into the import-export trade mode value tables provided in customs statistics news, monthly magazines and yearbooks.
3. The adjustment also may involve base-period statistical calibers relating to growth rate.
