AQSIQ Announcement No.72, 2014 on China-ASEAN & China-Singapore FTAs' PSR Code Revisions

With regard to China-ASEAN Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement and China-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (FTA), the respective bilateral consultations have been completed concerning the Product-Specific Rules of Origin (PSR)-based HS Code revisions (from 2007 versions to 2012 versions). Hereby promulgated are their respective revised PSR Lists and new-old version comparison tables (see the Annexes).
As from this Announcement issue date, the Chinese exporters oriented to the ASEAN (except Thailand) and/or Singapore may, as per those revised PSR Lists, apply to local inspection-quarantine agencies for obtaining the Certificates of Origin under the China-ASEAN and/or China-Singapore FTAs.
