On November 20, 2009, the MOFCOM issued its annual announcement no.92 for continuation of five-year antidumping (AD) measures on TDI (toluene diisocyanate) from Japan, South Korea and USA.

On May 30, 2014, the MOFCOM issued its annual announcement no. 31 indicating that the aforesaid AD measures would expire on November 20, 2014 and that domestic TDI industrial representatives may, 60 days before the expiring date, apply in writing to the MOFCOM for corresponding expiry review.

Within the time limit, China's TDI industry made no expiry-review application and the MOFCOM also decided not to initiate the review. Hence, as of November 21, 2014, the Chinese antidumping measures shall terminate on the import TDI from Japan, South Korea and the USA.
