GACC Announcement No.93, 2014 (on WCO Commodity Classification Decisions Release & Repeal)

To help correctly determine import/export commodity classifications as per the World Customs Organization (WCO)'s Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System, the GACC hereby promulgates WCO Decision for Part of Commodity Classifications (Annex 1), WCO Decision of 2011-2012 for Commodity Classifications (Annex 2) and the Repealed WCO Decision for Part of Commodity Classifications (Annex 3).
The Decisions aforesaid shall take effect on January 1, 2015.
Where any changes occur in governing laws or regulations, the Decisions aforesaid will lose efficacy simultaneously.
