GACC Announcement No.38, 2015 on (AD Expiry Review on PTAs from South Korea & Thailand)

In 2010, China's Customs Tariff Commission decided to impose five-year antidumping (AD) duties from 12 August 2010 on purified terephthalic acids (PTA) from South Korea and Thailand.
Now, the Commission has decided to continue the antidumping duties during the antidumping expiry review, as follows:
As from 12 August 2015, China Customs will continue to levy antidumping duties on the PTAs (HS Code 29173611) from South Korea and Thailand as per GACC Announcement No. 51 of 2010.
