R.O. Korea Decided to Reinvestigate Anti-Dumping Case on Chinese Float Flat Glass

On May 27, 2010, the trade commission of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy of Korea claimed to reinvestigate the anti-dumping case on Chinese float flat glass to be due in October 2010.

In response to the application of related Korean enterprises, the commission decided to reinvestigate the case with an investigation period of 6 months, and then will settle on whether to extend the anti-dumping tariff on float flat glass originating in China, announced the commission.
