EU Intends to Impose Highest 39.1% Tariffs on China's Coated Paper

"Reuters" quoted a document of EU showed the European Commission has proposed to impose highest 39.1% tariffs on coated paper imported from China which would be valid for a period of 5 years.

The report said the EU aimed to set off the earlier illegal acquired allowances of Chinese exporters from Chinese government and dumping into the market, corresponding taxes need to be approved by EU member countries, and shall start to be levied from May 17, 2011.
