Indian AD Ruling on Phosphoric Acids from Israel & Taiwan

On February 2, 2012, India made a final antidumping (AD) ruling on phosphoric acids originating in Israel and Chinese Taiwan (see the table below), which are under HS code 28092010.

India launched the antidumping investigation in February 2011 and made an affirmative preliminary ruling in October 2011.
