India AD Midterm-Review Ruling on U.S. & Taiwanese Phenols

On Feb. 9, 2012, India Ministry of Commerce & Industry made out a final antidumping (AD) midterm-review ruling that the Ministry has decided to revoke the antidumping measures on phenols from the U.S and Chinese Taiwan under HS Codes 2907.11 and 2707.99 because such imports make no material injury to Indian domestic industries any longer.

In Feb. 2011, the country started the antidumping midterm review probe.
