Peru Takes AD Sunset Review on China's Cotton/Blend Fabrics

On February 27, 2012, Peru's antidumping and anti-subsidy commission made a decision considering that the 3-year antidumping measures on China's cotton fabrics and blend fabrics are about to expire from 2009, meanwhile requested by Peru's Industrial Nuevo Mundo S.A of Peru and industrial association, it has decided to launch an antidumping sunset review investigation. Interested parties can submit relevant evidences and documents within 6 months (allowed to apply for extending 3 months) from the release date of the decision.
