India Interim Review on Nylon Cable Ties from China

　　　　
On September 24, India's antidumping bureau gave a notice that it has released the facts of its antidumping (AD) interim review on nylon cable ties from China.

The interested parties are allowed to give written feedback by September 26.

The antidumping bureau thinks that, despite the antidumping duty in effect, the import from China has inflicted material injury on domestic industry, and suggests that the antidumping duty should be increased to secure a fair competition for domestic enterprises.

So far, only ChangHong Plastic Corporation from China has given response.
