Mexico Reviews China RG Coaxial Cables Dumping

[2013-11-28 10:26:08]

Recently, Mexico's UPCI authority announced that the Mexican government has decided to launch an antidumping review on China-made RG coaxial cables under HS Codes 85442001, 85442002 and 85442099, at the request of Conductores Monterrey, S.A.de C.V.

The requester points out that original antidumping duty rates are not high enough to reflect current Chinese dumping margin and so higher rates should be imposed on Chinese exporters, and it suggests that Brazil-made products should be used to calculate the normal value of the Chinese products.

The investigated period is September 1, 2012-May 31, 2013; completed questionnaire should be delivered not later than 14:00, January 15, 2014; a public hearing will be held on July 29, 2014; relevant evidences should be delivered not later than 14:00, August 5, 2014.
