EU Anti-Circumvention Ruling on China Glass-Fiber-Gridded Fabrics

On December 20, the EU made its final ruling for anti-circumvention on glass fiber gridded fabrics from China: to extend the antidumping duties (at 62.9%) on the Chinese to such products re-exported from India and Indonesia (regardless of their labels of origin in India or Indonesia).

Those products are under EU HS Codes ex70195100 and ex70195900.

In August 2011, the EU gave its affirmative antidumping ruling to the China-made fabrics; and this April, it started the anti-circumvention probe on the re-exports from India and Indonesia.
