Thailand AD Duties on China Cold-Rolled Stainless-Steel Plates

Recently, Thailand made a final ruling for Thai antidumping (AD) on cold-rolled stainless-steel plates from China:

To levy antidumping duties on the China products for 5 years from December 9, 2013 by applying a general rate of 33.32%; specific 0% on Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel, Tianjin Tisco & TPCO Stainless Steel, Guangdong Taigang Stainless Steel Processing & Distribution, and Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Precision Strip; and specific 8.5% on Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel Company Ltd.

Those products are under HS Codes 7219.3200, 7219.3300, 7219.3400, 7219.3500, 7219.9000, 7220.2010, 7220.2090, 7220.9010, 7220.9090.

The Thai antidumping probe was launched in August 2012.
