Argentina Launches Antidumping Review on Pesticide from India

On October 13, 2011, the Government of Argentina published the Resolution 673/2011, opening a review procedure of the antidumping measure imposed by Resolution 783/2006 to imports of solid aluminum phosphide-based fumigant pesticide from the Republic of India (N.C.M. 3808.91.95).

The measure consisted of an antidumping duty calculated over a minimum FOB export price for a 5-year period. Local firm Neophos S.A. requested a re-opening of the dumping investigation, and a review of the mentioned antidumping measure.
