EU Preliminary AD Ruling on Fatty Alcohol/Mixture from India, Malaysia & Indonesia

On May 11, 2011, the EU made a preliminary antidumping (AD) ruling on fatty alcohol and its mixture originating in India, Indonesia and Malaysia (see table below), which are under EU Combined HS Codes: ex29051685, 29051700, ex29051900, and ex38237000.
