EU Cancels Anti-Dumping on Urea-Ammonium-Nitrate Liquids

On Dec. 21, 2011, the European Commission announced that the EU has decided to officially cancel the anti-dumping (AD) measures on urea-ammonium-nitrate mixed liquids originating in Algeria, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine from December 22, 2011 because EU enterprises filed no petition for anti-dumping sunset review thereof.

The EU started that anti-dumping investigation in June 1999 and made out an affirmative final ruling in Sept. 2000.
