India AD Probe on EU Cefadroxil Hydrates

On Feb. 22, requested by Lupin Limited in Mumbai, India authority started an anti-dumping (AD) probe on the EU-made cefadroxil hydrates, a kind of bulk pharmaceutical chemicals, under the HS Code 29420011.
The dumping investigation period is April 1, 2010-Sept 30, 2011; and the injury investigation period includes fiscal years 2007/08, 2008/09 and 2009/10 and the dumping investigation period (April 1, 2010-Sept 30, 2011) as well.
