Pursuant to the provisions of Anti-dumping Regulations of the People's Republic of China, the Ministry of Commerce has conducted final reexamination of the anti-dumping measures applicable to the dichloromethane imported from and originally produced in UK, the US, the Netherlands, Germany and Korea. Based on the results of the reexamination, Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council decides to continue to levy anti-dumping duty on the dichloromethane imported from and originally produced in the aforesaid nations for a period of 5 years commencing from August 15, 2007. For this purpose, the Ministry of Commerce has promulgated Announcement No. 63 (2007) (see the attachment for details). Matters in relation to the Customs’ enforcement of the anti-dumping measures are hereby announced as follows:
The Customs shall continue to levy anti-dumping duty on the dichloromethane declared to be imported from and originally produced in UK, the US, the Netherlands, Germany and Korea (Tariff Serial No.29031200) as of August 15, 2007 according to the product scope, tax rate, and formula etc. as set out in Announcement No. 44 (2006) of General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China.
