The U.S. Final AD Sunset-Review Injury Ruling on Russian & Ukrainian Solid Urea

On November 15, 2011, the U.S. International Trade Commission made out a final ruling to continue anti-dumping (AD) measures on solid urea originating in Russia and Ukraine by holding the view that canceling such anti-dumping will result in persistence or resurgence of material injury to related U.S. industries in a foreseeable period.

The U.S. Dept. of Commerce launched the anti-dumping sunset-review probe in December 2010 and made an affirmative final ruling in April 2011.
