U.S. Final AD Ruling on Mexican/S. Korean Refrigerators

On March 19, 2012, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced a final anti-dumping (AD) ruling on South Korea or Mexico made refrigerators (see the table below).

As per the procedure, the U.S. International Trade Commission will make a relevant final ruling for industrial injury on April 30 this year; if the injury ruling is affirmative, the Department will issue the anti-dumping duty order on the Mexican and Korean refrigerators.

On April 19 last year, the Department started the anti-dumping probe under HS Codes 84181000.10, 84181000.20, 84181000.30, 84181000.40, 84182100.10, 84182100.20, 84182100.30, 84182100.90, 84189940.00, 84189980.50, 84189980.60.
