U.S. Admin Ruling on China Metal Racks Subsidy

On October 23, U.S. Commerce Department announced a preliminary administrative ruling for the anti-subsidy review on kitchen-use metal racks from China, affirming the involved New King Shan（Zhu Hai）Co., Ltd. had a subsidy rate of 8.52%. And the Department decided to cancel the administrative review on Jiangsu Weixi Group Co. due to its withdrawal of review request.

On October 31, 2012, the Department launched the administrative review for the period of January 1, 2011-December 31, 2011 under HS Codes 84189980.50, 73219050.00 and 85169080.00.
