U.S. Admin Ruling on China Seamless Copper Tube Products

On November 21, U.S. Commerce Department made preliminary rulings for its administrative review of antidumping on China-made seamless refined copper tubing products:

1. Golden Dragon Precise Copper Tube Group, Inc. and Golden Dragon Holding (Hong Kong) International, Ltd. took the dumping margin of 3.55%;

2. Hong Kong Hailiang Metal Trading Limited, Zhejiang Hailiang Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Hailiang Copper Co., Ltd. took the dumping margin of 3.55%;

3. Chinese general dumping margin was 60.85%.
Additionally, because of appealers’ withdrawal of requests, the Commerce Department decided to cancel the administrative review on Luvata Tube (Zhongshan) Ltd. and Luvata Alltop (Zhongshan) Ltd., with that of others continued.

In December 2012, this antidumping administrative review was instituted at the request of Cerro Flow Products, LLC, Wieland Copper Products, LLC, Mueller Copper Tube Products, Inc. and Mueller Copper Tube Company, Inc. for the period of November 2011-October 2012 under HS Codes 74111010.30 and 74111010.90.
