U.S. Admin Ruling on China Composite Wood Floor

On November 25, U.S Commerce Department made its preliminary administrative ruling for reviewed antidumping on China-made composite wood floors:

Zhejiang Layo Wood Industry Co., Ltd, Fine Furniture (Shanghai) Limited, and Armstrong Wood Products Kunshan Co., Ltd. sold their products at lower-than-normal prices;

Fine Furniture (Shanghai) Limited took the dumping margin of 0.67%; Zhejiang Layo Wood Industry Co., Ltd took the dumping margin of 8.85%; Armstrong Wood Products Kunshan Co., Ltd. took that of 8.87%; Nanjing Minglin Wooden Industry Co., Ltd. took 0.00% without abnormal price; and Chinese General dumping was at 58.84%.

The administrative review was started on January 30 at the request of Coalition for American Hardwood Parity (CAHP) for the period of May 26, 2011-November 30, 2012.
