GACC Announcement No.3, 2017 on Special Safeguard agst. Australian Agric Products

In accordance with China-Australia Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and GACC Announcement No. 66 of 2015, China implements special safeguard measures against two-category, 8 HS-coded agricultural products originating in Australia. Hereby promulgated are relevant import quantities of 2016 applicable to FTA conventional duty rates and the import quantities of 2017 triggering the special safeguard (see the Annex).
