GACC Announcement No.51, 2017 on Tax-Cut Imports Control Duration Updated

As a support for industrial upgrade of enterprises, the GACC hereby decides to adjust Customs control duration for the imported goods that are reduced or exempted from duties/tax.
Customs control duration for the imported tax-cut goods below:
(1) Ships and airplanes: 8 years;
(2) Motor vehicles: 6 years;
(3) Other goods: 3 years
The control duration shall be counted from the date of customs clearance of the imported goods.
This Announcement shall enter into force upon its issuance.
