GACC Announcement No.61, 2017 on China-Georgia FTA Origin Admin Measures

Upon State Council approval, China-Georgia Free Trade Agreement (FTA) shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
In order to clarify the origins of import and export goods under this FTA, the GACC hereby promulgates the “Administrative Measures on the Origins of Import & Export Goods Under China-Georgia Free Trade Agreement” (see the Annex), which shall also enter into force on 1 January 2018.
