Who we are?
ETCN is an integrated import/export customs information, consulting and services platform supported by the General Administration of Customs of P. R. China.
It is the only website authorized by GACC to provide the most comprehensive China customs information in English.

1,Provide the latest customs regulatory policy related with export to China.
2,Search for import information, including tariff rates, import formalities and the documents needed for customs clearance.
3,Compare average prices of the same export commodity to China from different countries of origin.
4,Provide by permission the China Customs import and export trade data from China Customs who is the official authority to collect such information.
5,Assist in customs clearance and processing via ETCN’s established network of brokers and ports.
6,Provide customs tax strategy and solutions for exporting to China.

ETCN is approved by the General Administration of Customs of P. R. China (GACC) and jointly sponsored by China Customs Brokers Association (CCBA) and Beijing International Technology Cooperation Center (BITCC) (Beijing Technological Exchange & Training Center), which is under the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Beijing Municipality.

- On December 8, ETCN received visitors headed by Mr. Wang Junbing, President of Chinese Academy of Inspection & Quarantine under the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection & Quarantine, who gave lectures to ETCN staff on inspection and quarantine practices.
- On November 30, ETCN attended, as a premium partner, the summit forum on import compliance by China’s enterprises, which was held in Shanghai by American Conference Institute.
- On November 25, ETCN attended the 2nd-time standing-director meeting of the CCBA’s 2nd Council (at Shenzhen).
- During November 13-15, ETCN joined in by invitation China International Service Trade Fair (at Beijing).
- On Oct. 15, Doctor Huang Guohua, Head of the Statistics Analysis Division of the GACC's Department of Statistics, delivered to ETCN's staff a special lecture on China Customs statistics.
