Adjustment on Category of Restricted and Prohibited Product in Processing Trade

Ministry of Commerce and General Administrative of Customs adjust category of restricted and prohibited product in processing trade.1730 commodity codes in 10 bits are eliminated from the restricted product category including some plastic materials, plastic product, wooden product and textile etc.27 commodity codes in 10 bits, which accord with national policy and doesn’t belong to high consumption or high pollution but with high technology content, are eliminated from the category of prohibited product.
After the adjustment, there are 500 commodity codes under category of restricted product in processing trade including 106 restricted export products and 394 restricted import products, and 1789 commodity codes in category prohibited product
Prohibited products in category transferred into the place for deep processing or transferred out of the bonded area after processed in customs special supervision and control area with bonded function, are not under the management as that of prohibited products in processing trade
