[2009-01-13 09:15:36]

In order to ensure the authority and solemnity of CCC system and the regularity and efficiency of CCC related work, CNCA revises Accouchement No. 25, 2005 and has issued the Announcement recently which promulgates adjusted inspection and treatment procedures for special import products exempt from compulsory certification.

For products in the list of compulsory product certification for import products, without accreditation and not up to CNCA Announcement No. 3, 2005 on requirements for exemption from compulsory product certification, local entry-exit inspection and quarantine departments should suggest ship back, and no import is permitted for products without passing inspection and treatment procedures. In order to ensure trade demand, referring to international practices, small batches of import products used in production and life consumption without CCC marks because of special usage or reasons can be treated according to Inspection and Treatment Procedures for Special Import Products Exempt from Compulsory Certification.

CNCA Announcement No. 20, 2005 is abolished on December 11, 2008. For detailed information, please refer to CNCA website.
