NOTICE ON MOVE-OUT OF EXHIBITS

Taipei Plas 2008 will end on Sep. 22, 2008. We kindly request your cooperation to act in accordance with the following instructions during move-out of exhibits and booth dismantling:

1. Move-Out Schedule

   6 p. m.~ 8 p.m., Sep. 22

   Hand carry or small exhibits move-out

◎ Vehicles are not permitted to enter the showground

   8 p.m. ~ 12 p.m., Sep. 22

   Machinery and other exhibits move-out

   7 a.m. ~ 5 p.m., Sep. 22-25

   Machinery and other exhibits move-out

 

2. Exhibits Move-Out (Booth Dismantling)

    1. Exhibitors, their agents, and contractors are responsible for the installation or dismantling of their exhibits.

    2. Please refer to“Regulations Governing Booth Decoration within the Taipei World Trade Center Exhibition Hall for decoration limitations.

3. NOTE:

    1. During the removal period, all exhibitors are requested to have representatives at their booth(s) to guard against loss of exhibits.  All exhibitors must wear official exhibitor badges when entering the show ground.

    2. No exhibitor, under any condition, may remove exhibits from the show ground until after closing on the final day of Sep. 22 at 6:00 p.m.

    3. Please note that high voltage electrical supply will turned off at 6:30 p.m. on Sep. 22.
