From "Young" to "Mature"

I was a new graduate majoring in international trade, after graduated from university, I have been worked in an import and export company which mainly deal in the export of garlic, ginger, apple, peanut, agriculture and by-product products, etc. Worked with my enthusiasm at the beginning and tried to develop a field of foreign trade by myself.



In fact,the difficulties was coming unexpectedly,I didn't know how to communicate with customers concretely and effectively and also hadn't customers resources, all of this became the weakness of actual work!



I firmly believed that hard work could make up for a lack of intelligence and would be repaid by hard work, so I registered in dozens of websites that was given by the net friend of foreign trade forum and persisted to issue production information everyday, although rarely received the Inquiry from international customers, I still did as before.  There was not any excuse, can only use diligence to temper myself, let my wings more fullness.



I reissued production information in various websites day after day, although did not know what time could receive inquires. Frankly speaking, it was very boring indeed. Due to the boring work,lots of my colleagues who entered the company with me at the same time had left. But for me, what I could do was: hard work, so I chose to leave in the company.



Finally, my efforts had not been in vain, gradually, I began to receive Inquiries from the websites one after another such as integrated platform: MADE IN CHINA, Global Resources Network; professional food platform: Foods1 company and so on. Although the number of that was not large, after all, better than nothing, that was a starting point of my foreign trade career.



From inquire to accomplish business, a sincere communicate with customers is the most important in the whole process though I have accumulated lots of specialty knowledge during university life. We cannot chat with customers face to face, but they can be aware of your sincerity or not by e-mail.  Therefore, whenever I received a new inquiry, did it as best as I could in spite of some inquires with little hope. I persist to issue or update production information on relative website which had good feedback. Any way, practice myself was always my aim.



My efforts paid off, five tank fresh garlic exported to Pakistan finally, I successfully accomplished the first business at the third month I came to the company, which made me so excited that nearly shouted out!  



With such a good beginning, the following work seemed to run smoothly. Although the number of inquiries I received still small, perhaps I treated them at pains, I always did business successfully, even if the number is not large, after all, it appeared a rising trend, my heart was still pleased.



People never dissatisfy, so am I!  With capacity of my work and negotiating skills increasing, I was no longer to wait customer contact with me passively for I was not the man without any experience, what's more, I had enough capacity to communicate with customer and did initiatively. Of course, there is no such thing as a free lunch in the world, so I decided to choose an excellent and appropriate website to register as a VIP member and expand sources of information by dint of their strength.



After a serious consideration, I jointed in Foods1 Company as VIP member and did an advertisement on the home version of the foreign edition in a very favorable price through the staff of Foods1 Company. In this way, I would not wait customer contact with me when they saw the product information I issued or they didn't find satisfy customers. on the contrary ,I got the latest production information and contacted with them at the first time. Meanwhile, the advertisement did on Foods1 Company brought great benefits, my personal achievement had grown three times since joined the foods1 company and I won the first at that month in our company.



Said so much, my personal view on the success is that: persistent efforts + treat opportunity at pains + a good source of information channels.  If you did above well, I believe every one-can success.



Finally,Thanks to Foods1 as well as  their staffs; they brought me so much achievement. That is to say, I can't get so much outstanding achievement without their support. At last, May Foods1 Company becomes better and better.
