Chinese enterprises respond to anti-dumping levy against China fasteners

As soon as we got the information of the EU decision on anti-dumping levy against China fasteners on 3rd , Dec. ,we informed those foreign trade companies ,members of Chinafastener.com. And we are responded by fax or tel as followings:
Mr Chen ,sales manager from Wenzhou Tianxiang Metal Products Co., LTD expressed: I think the decision had a great impact on the domestic export enterprises ,they are judging in an unfair way and are very likely to approve the resolution, because there are a great many disputes on this issue before.
Mr Chen,sales manager from Zhejiang Metals & Minerals Imp. & Exp. Corp. showed: We firmly oppose EU's unfairness in this way, why those EU built factories in China are exempted from the anti-dumping duties, it is a obvious discrimination against Chinese enterprises, and a violation of WTO trade rules.
Mr. Guo Xinping, managing director from hangzhou lizhan hardware co.,ltd said :There are surely hope for Chinese fasteners with the vote of ‘12 yes’ from 27 EU votes. We should unite to protest and make more efforts to make EU withdraw the decision, because this is not only a crack down on China fastener industry who is the biggest fastener exporter worldwide; but also a disagreement for those who all favor "MADE IN CHINA" as a member of China. Although our company sales is less than 4%, most EU members are developed countries, we will hold this market: "Come on, China!"
Mr Chen jun ,general manager from ZHEJIANG SHALAMEI INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. showed his point of view in terms of enterprises: What mostly important is our products is uncompetitive in addition to partial benefits for EU enterprises made by EU. The competition is not only in cheap price, but also in many others respects in which we are not well equipped, such as raw materials, function, packaging, transportation, technology, logistics channels, and environmental protection ,etc. Therefore, the anti-dumping levy against China fasteners is not a big fuss. The most important thing now is to know in which part do they impose levy? How can we avoid?
Mr Bao, manager from Ningbo Zhongding High- Strength Fastener Factory also expressed :the EU is entirely abusing of the WTO practice, I fully support the "solemn statement"(made by China Fastener Industry Association). At the same time, my recommendation is to act optimistically in due course, and promote domestic demand effectively on the other hands.
Mr Liu,manager from F. Reyher Asia-Pacific Co., Ltd.(importer in German inspected by EU )responed for the second time as followings:
1. It will affect the relationship between Euro and China .
2. Dispute in international trade is normal, but the two sides should solve it by proper means .From the beginning of November 2007, the EU are acting very unfair in the two ways:
（1） Levies are as high as 87%
（2） Euro companies in China are exempted from antidumping when against China fasteners, which is a big shock for China fasteners.
