China’s Electric Oven Retail Value Soars in May

(July 7)--According to the latest news from the China Household Electrical Appliances Association, the retail volume and value of electric ovens on the Chinese market increased by 7.71% and 11.69% respectively in May compared to April and rose by 47.09% and 56.52% over May 2007. More specifically, Guangdong Galanz Enterprise Company has started expanding its electric oven market already since 2007 and has seen its sales volume and market share follow a stable and upward trend, with the market share in particular rising by 15 percentage points from 13.8% in May 2007 to 28.5%.
