The Authority to Sell and the supporting AusIndustry Advice must be received by FAPM by 1.30 p.m. on Friday 5 December 2008

This will enable Invitations to Tender to be forwarded to registered Tenderers by c.o.b. on the same day.

 It is important that the Authority to Sell and the AusIndustry advice are received by the above time/date.  Some sellers have been lodging their documentation after the nominated time/date, which creates difficulties for the FAPM Secretariat and Tenderers.  We cannot guarantee that late lodged documents will be processed. In the past, FAPM has received multiple bids at different reserve unit prices for a parcel of credits from a single registered tenderer. These were unsuccessful due to higher bids prevailing.  FAPM is unlikely to consider multiple bids for one parcel of Duty Credits from a single bidder in the future.

The Opening Date for Tenders for the sale will be Monday 8 December 2008



The Closing Date/Time for Tenders will be Friday, 12 December 2008 at 5.00 p.m.



All Tenderers will be advised of the result of the sale by 5.00 p.m. on the Tender Acceptance Date of Monday 15 December 2008.

FAPM's commission for ACIS Credit Sales is 0.5%.
