Canada Border Services Agency Initiates Midterm Anti-Dumping & Anti-Subsidy Review on Chinese Carbon Steel Welded Pipes/Tubes

On Oct. 8, 2010, Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced to initiate a midterm review of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy on carbon steel welded pipes/tubes originating in or importing from China, for the purpose of redefining the normal value and subsidy amount of the products involved.

Canadian HS Codes for the involved are 7306.30.10.14, 7306.30.10.24, 7306.30.10.34, 7306.30.90.14, 7306.30.90.19, 7306.30.90.24, 7306.30.90.29, 7306.30.90.34, and 7306.30.90.39.

Canada plans to make out a ruling for this review prior to March 7, 2011.
