India Initiates Anti-Dumping Sunset Review on Nylon Filament Yarns from China

On August 27, 2010, the anti-dumping authority under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry of India initiated an anti-dumping sunset review investigation into the nylon filament yarns originating in China, Chinese Taipei, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and R. O. Korea.
The Indian HS Code of products in question is 5402.10.
The anti-dumping investigation period shall be from April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2010, and the injury investigation period shall be from April 2006 to March 2010.
As per the anti-dumping authority, each stakeholder shall, within 40 days following the filing of the case, submit relevant materials to the authority.
