India Levies Provisional Anti-Dumping Duties on Sodium Tripoly Phosphate from China

On September 21, 2010, India Customs decided to levy provisional anti-dumping duties on sodium tripoly phosphate (STPP) originating in China, and the taxation period shall be half a year (to March 20, 2011).
Therein, the duty rates for 4 Chinese exporting enterprises shall be ranging from USD 0.294 per kilogram to USD 0.357 per kilogram; while that for other Chinese enterprises shall be USD 0.671 per kilogram.
