India Levies Formal Anti-Dumping Duty on Viscose Staple Fibers from China

On July 26, 2010, the India Customs decided to levy a formal anti-dumping duty on the viscose staple fibers (excluding bamboo fibers) originating in China and Indonesia with a period of 5 years (till July 25, 2015).
Therein, the dumping rate of Chinese enterprises was determined at USD 0.194 per ton.
